Impossible de réinitialiser

J’aimerai réinitialiser la Balance, mais impossible de trouver le bouton. Quand j’appuie 8 secondes pour se faire comme indiquer dans l’assistance, la balance se met en recherche Bluetooth et n’offre jamais la possibilité de faire reset
