    Dear Community user,

Thank you for letting us know about your current situation. If you are on iOS, please note that we have deployed the new version iOS 5.4.1 last week. After updating your app, you should now be able to connect your scale to Health Mate.

If you still can’t connect your scale to the app, do not hesitate to reach out to us via https://within.gs/help

    Have a wonderful day,

Yes I have exactly the same issue. A new update to the Healthmate app has just been realeased which apparently ‘fixes’ syncing issues ..... it doesn’t 😡

    I think they fixed it.

After three days suddenly all the values are comming into healthmate.

I suppose they had cloud server issues.

How dissapointing that support didn't even reply on e-mail during those three days...I really felt alone, not helped at all.

I just reinstalled app and seems to be syncing now. Need to check data is also going to Apple health.

also synchin g problems for me --- re-setup wifi on scale (even though it was still saying it was connected) and updated firmware via the app -- seems fixed at least for now.

Scales are now talking to Apple Health or Calorie Counter (another health app I use).  Just adding the data manually for now. Will be interested to see if the next HealthMate app update fixes it.

so do we think it matters what app is open on the phone when you step on the scale?  (or no app?)

same issue! it stopped syncing two days ago. I have uninstalled app and reinstalled app. I have uninstalled scale and re set it up. It saying today weight was updated but it is a weight from 3 days ago. And I have lost weight so I would like to see that!

So support answered but was not helpful at all. They told me to move it closer to the router to within 10 feet. Which it always has been.

I too have the Withings scale and replaced my router with a new Asus WiFi 6  router and it no longer connects. Sometimes I can connect it but the connection doesn't last very long. I suspect the scale is legacy WiFi technology and the new Asus router doesn't like many older WiFi devices.  It happened to my music streaming devices also (Squeezebox). Their WiFi no longer works either. I tried everything.
