Daily insight missing

My daily insight is missing from the first page. Has anyone else had the same issue?

I have the opposite. Insight appears continuously and asks exactly the same questions, day after day about smoking, eating and children! I am pretty sick of it and with the app in general which is wholly unreliable and inaccurate. The only things that is consistent and seems to report accurately is the web portal.
