    I’ve got the same issue the minute hand that a slow each day I have to reset recalibrate .customer service have no solution I’ve given up , good luck !

    I also had the same issue with my Steel HR and the recommended steps on this link helped me resolved it. Now, I've been using my watch for two years without any problems.
