    I've been using my ScanWatch for a while now and it is working perfectly. I actually just bought another one for my father. You can try to double-check your sleep heart rate on the web dashboard. If you see the data from there, you can try to uninstall and reinstall the app. The app might be the culprit. If it doesn't work, you should try to contact the Withings tech guys on this link: https://support.withings.com/hc/en-us/requests/new.

    Hello, thanks for answering. I tried using the form but it will not let send me an email. The other option is to contact them thru this forum but they don't seem to respond. My watch is still not showing my sleep trend. It records my HR but the trend function just won't work. I tried a factory reset and installing healthmate again. I can't seem to find the see my trend function on the website. So if there is any withings employee reading this please tell me what to do.
