App crashes and doesn't log new data

    Dear community, 

    Thank you for letting us know about your current situation. If you updated Health Mate a couple of days ago and now see a blank white screen, I advise to power down your iPhone completely and then turn it back on. You should now be able to open up Health Mate normally.

    Regarding the BPM issue, I am delighted to tell you that we have identified its cause and deployed the new version iOS 5.4.1 yesterday. After updating your app, you should now be able to connect your BPM with Health Mate.

    The same has happened to me. I noticed the app had been updated in the last 2 days which coincides with the problem. Now I can no measure my BP. Tried to deleted the app and reinstall it. That didn't work either.

    Not a good app, for sure.

    I had the same after the long awaited 5.4 update. I completely shut down my iPhone 11, waited a minute and then rebooted. This sorted it for me. I often find that when apps are updated, particularly iOS itself, that once restarted after install, its still necessary to reboot the phone/iPad.
