Thank you for highlighting this Dave. Since early March, which I think was when the firmware on my Steel HR Sport was upgraded, my Health Mate app has failed to sync data either with the Health Mate web client or with Strava. On upgrading to 5.4.0 (Android), the app immediately synced a fortnight's worth of data with both. Service restored (for now).  As ever, communication from Withings seems to have been absent.

I now have version 5.4.1 installed on my iPhone. However, the problem with missing data for all of my friends in the Dashboard seems to remain and I can only access their information via the website. (I lost all of this information when I - following instructions from Whitings IT support - deleted and reinstalled the Health Mate app about a year ago.) IT support has promised me the problem would be addressed in a new version of the app, but apparently not yet. Anyone else experiencing the same problem of missing data that has been shared by friends?

I’m on 5.4.2 on iOS my hopes that issues around more accurate heart rate recording, taking SpO2, fitness reporting and discrepancies between exercise data shown under “Latest Measurement”, Exercise and the web portal would all be remedied ......none of this has been addressed. On the upside, at least I no longer get the Set Up instructions continually appearing on the home screen, instead it has been replaced by Today’s Insight which keeps re-appearing even though I have asked it to be hidden in the preferences menu. This is truly a crap product which is a shame as the format could have made it spectacularly successful for those who prefer a simple navigation system (as opposed to unreliable touch screens) with a no frills watch aimed at health monitoring.
