I have just received my brand new Steel HR Sport and cannot describe my disappointment when I saw that synchroinisation with Strava does not work. A message says that there is an internal error and that I should try again later. I've been trying now for more than 4 hours.
If it doesn't work, I will return the watch.

I like their idea of the Withings Steel HR watch and the Strava linked with the Health Mate app. You can try to uninstall and reinstall both applications. This worked fine with me and I'm loving the features of the watch. If you keep receiving an internal error, I think the best way to do so is to reach out to Withings customer support through this link: https://support.withings.com/hc/en-us/requests/new.
