    Hi,

I recommend you send an email directly to the Withings Customer Support team (address on website). I have messaged them a few times and, although it often takes a few days, I've always had a response.

I'm guessing because this is just a public chat forum (Withings don't make that clear) the Withings Support people don't review the content very often, probably because they don't wish to have too many issues reported in the public domain, sadly it results in many compaints of poor service from people who mistakenly believe they will get a response and help by posting here - and then don't!

     Best of luck

The email form won't send my email. I understand its the Easter weekend now but the lack of support for a company that says it's all about you and your health is discomforting.

I am also having problem with my ECG function. Everytime I try the ECG, I get inconclusive results everytime. The line does not even move. Just a straight line all the way. My aunt bought me this watch to help me with my heart problem. I emailed customer support and haven't got a reply yet. It is kind of sad that I could not send this back since I am in the Philippines.

You have to put your fingers of your other hand on the glass to make a loop contact, like the pickups the docter glues on your chest, and push the watch onto the arteries between the radius and ulna, if the watch is to loose it wont work, put fingers next to the wrist on the left arm.

If that doesn't work try the watch at the underside of the wrist, skin is way more thin there, and make the fingers a bit moist to enhance the 'electrical' contact?
