I never had an issue with my BPM Connect since I bought it. On their website, there is actually a list of error codes but I am certain error 302 is not listed there. In this case, it would be ideal to contact Withings about it. You can send them an email at this link: https://support.withings.com/hc/en-us/requests/new.
