Problems with product and no phone number for customer support

    In which century do you live in? Who needs a phone number just write them on instagram or twitter they will help you there

    Man, that was rude reply. I have the same issue and I don’t want to waist time trying to track down support or “get” their attention. I guess there is NO phone support.

    You don't need to track them down. It's really easy just write them and they'll help you. No need to "get their attention". I'm sorry

    I am having issues syncing my scale. On the screen it says go. Withings .com . It is stuck and won’t sync

    I have been unable to set up my Body Cardio, I emailed support one week ago and still no reply. Will be returning the scale and buying a Garmin instead.

    I am also having trouble with the HR and Cardio function, and can't find an email address to send for a question. Withings.com just leads to a bot answering irrelevant pre-worded questions.  Can anyone suggest where else support can be found?

    Just send them an email. At the top of this page it says contact us. At the bottom it says product support. Just click on one of them select body cardio and your problem. Then go down and you'll find send us an email with a form. Done

    Just to add to Tristan’s post.

    I have done just that for issues that come up from time to time and have found Withings support to be very responsive and helpful.

    As with this community of users. 😌
