I have a watch Move ECG and it has an issue (a crack in the part that connects to the wristband as attached photos). This appeared today, and my watch is still in the waranty period, I would like to report it and have it fixed.
Can you please let me know how to do it, as I have being in your website and directly in my acount and could not find anything to report or even to contact you directly.
I am very very, surprised that you don´t have any information on the website or even in the product package information.
I would apreciate your help on this ASAP.
