Not recording HR indication / HR not showing up in Healthmate

    I tried to contact their customer support before as I had the same question about the heart rate data. It turns out that is normal for the Steel HR watch to take heart rate data every 10 minutes based on what I've read. It does have continuous heart rate monitoring during a workout mode. They gave me this link as a reference: https://support.withings.com/hc/en-us/articles/227731067-Steel-HR-Steel-HR-Sport-Tracking-my-heart-rate. I've learned that wearing the wristband comfortably tight and with half an inch allowance behind the wrist is an important factor to consider.     Yes - but what I'm asking for is an indication on the watch itself that tells me it is not capturing heart rate data - regardless if continuous or not. There is NO INDICATION on the device itself that it has failed to do the one thing it's supposed to do. Why would that be??

    In addition, you comment does not address this problem: 

    "In the Healthmate app, you can sync with your watch, but the "heart rate" widget doesn't update. The only time it appears to update is when I take my BP with your BP cuff. Why doesn't my watch update HR data in the Health Mate app?"

    If the watch is being worn properly, why wouldn't the last available HR be shown in the application after an update?? This is just a bug.
