So I have a Scanwatch and I tried to set up the Health Mate app on my smartphone which failed miserably because it was Android 5.1.1 and the Health Mate app only supports Android 8 and higher. So I was forced to upgrade my phone ... just great! The Health Mate app now runs but I still can't enable ECG and Oxygen Saturation from the app. It seems these are enabled in the initial setup which failed but the app thinks it has already taken place. But on the watch it says that I must enable these feature from the app.
Whithings don't have a support e-mail address which I can use to ask a question. So I have a watch which doesn't have the features advertised on the website and no support. Just great !! :(
I wonder if it is too late to send this thing back for a refund.
Does anyone know how I can enable ECG and Oxygen Saturation from the app apart from in the initial setup ?
