    I have the same issue. I performed a factory reset, re-ran calibration successfully and all seemed to be ok. As soon as I lay on the bed, it started making a noise again.

    I have the exactly the same issue. Not able to submit this by email to Withings.

    Similar issue. Go into the bedroom during the day and the compressor is running non-stop. Getting tired of unplugging it.

    Happened to mine and called customer services who did a remote check and it’s a hardware issue, luckily I’m under warranty so they’re sending a new replacement out.

    Have the same issue, posted it in April, no response. Unable to get through by phone. Can customer service contact me please.
