    I have the same problem and no way to reach support. The support page leads to a email form that won't send anything if you don't have a order# and the other link is to this forum where you won't get any support. I'm really disappointed at this point in this company.

    Can't submit a screenshot as it seems but when I click contact us and follow the steps I get to an email from that asks for an order #. It will not respond.

    I filled in all other I formation and when I click send nothing happens. This has been so for weeks. If it's not for the order# missing what's it then? I tried with or without adblocking etc. (sorry for this hijack lol)

    I can confirm Tristan. I just wrote a mail to them and I filled in all except the order info. The serial info can be found in their app, under devices.

    It's not needed, not even serial, to attach pictures worked fine also, so delete your hijack 🤯🖖🏾
