BPM Connect not recognizing family member

    I’ve got a similar question. My wife has her own account. We set it up under her account second, but it continues to record her blood pressure under my account.

    After much research I found the answer! You have to tell the unit who is measuring BP. At the end when the name comes up you press the button until you find the persons name and choose it. Then it will record the right person.

    A little more instruction- press the button for 2 seconds to scroll through the names. When you find the name you need do a quick press on the button to select. Hope that helps

    Spot on. I found this eventually when I found the online manual in PDF...

    I'm having a similar problem but my wife has her own account as do I but when I press the button for two seconds I don't see the name select come up, as if it was not configured on the BP Connect monitor but the app on my phone and my wife's phone has the device registered.

    I have the same issue. I cannot change the names on the device. Any help please ?

    Same problem here. I've added a user for my wife, and even a third "test" user to see what happens. Each time, a new name DOES come up in the scrolling "user names" at the end of the BP Measurement, but it's always MY name, not the name I've just added. So now, I have THREE of me scrolling, and no matter which one I choose, it will record the new BP measurement to my account. The new users appear in both Health Mate, and on the account if you login in via the internet.
