I had 5 other friends user information coming to my phone for the last 6 years. Then it stopped without notice.

Why?

How can I fix it so the info is still shared with me?

My info is still going to their phones.

Same thing happened to me when I updated the app. I have been in contact with customer support since September 2020 about this, but they have not been able to resolve my problem... They keep saying they are "working on it", but no progress has been made to date. It's ridiculous!
