Factory reset loop (again)

    I am now having the same problem.  Out of all of the WiFi / Bluetooth devices I have owned (many), this product has far been the worst of them all.  For the money they charge they should have MUCH better setup and update processes.  My first and last Withings product.

    I have finally given up the ghost with my Body Cardio. After going into the Factory Reset Loop, I tried all the normal things to restart it but to no avail.  After three days trying to charge it, I finally laid it to rest, watching as the reset loop drained its battery, finally, over 24 hours.  There was nothing I could do to save it. It passed this morning and will be interred this week at the local dump. RIP Body Cardio! I shall miss you.

    Agreed.  This is a well-known problem just from reading all the complaints on Withings Forums.

    Repeated issues and zero help from Withings.  Will definitely not be purchasing another product from Withings.  I regret spending money on this.
