On mine it shows a symbol for alarm not on. I think yours just means that Quicklook is on. You can change these in Settings on the watch or in Devices / Settings in the app.

Good Suggestion, Dave. However the "square symbol" persists whether QuickLook is on or off.

If I turn on "Dont Disturb" the mysterios square symbol is displayed side by side with the crossed-out-bell for Dont Disturb.

By the way, my Scanwatch does not seem to have any entry for alarm ON.

When I select Watch and then Alarm, the only entries are: "NO alarm" and "OFF alarm".

Wonder if this is a misprint ??

I realize now that ALARM can be turned on from the Health Mate App.

So now my ScanWatch can display these 3 symbols side by side:

The mysterious persisting Broken Square (meaning unknown)

The crossed-out bell for Dont Disturb

The alarm clock for Alarm On.

The "broken square" is a moon. It means a respiratory scan is due the next night. If you have this option set to every night you'll see it every day. If it's off or on auto and not scanning next night you won't see it

Thank you so much, Tristan.  I never could have guessed that.
