    Hello

    I don't who to reach.

    I had a problem installing a Steel HR sport, after my phone ( Samsung A10 ) locked me out and needed factory reset. Two days were wasted when I tried everything on this earth to reinstall this watch.

    I don't know if you are aware of this, but this is driving me crazy.

    Reinstalled the Health Mate, unpaired and paired numerous times, factory reset the watch many times.

    Even if synced and connected it won't last.

    I just had it. I bought it about two years ago from amazon.ca.

    I like the watch but right now it is useless. Can you replace it with the working one?

    I'm in Canada.

    I am having trouble getting access to the status of my order. I received an email with my order number and a link but whenever I plug in the information it says that my order number is not valid. I tried to contact support but there is not an email or phone number listed. I am in the US. Can someone help?

Then, go to My Order > Webstore North America > Order and Payment. Down below, you will see "How would you like to get in touch?".     Hello, everyone. After some research, I was eventually able to find the Withings Support phone number, which is 1 (888) 229-4116. I used option #2 for product support and connected with a live person, Ron, who was very helpful in assisting me with the issue I was having. The issue I had was that my 2016 Withings Body Cardio scale would not measure anything but my weight (e.g., body fat percentage, BMI, etc.) I am based in the USA and called using a US-based number (not a VoIP number, such as TextNow).

    Again, the phone number is: 1 (888) 229-4116. I found it on a different Withings forum page (source: https://support.withings.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/4472282004241-Phone-Support).

    To Withings, I am not sure why this number is not featured more prominently. Even in replies to three direct inquiries above for the number from customers over the last year, no phone number was provided. There was a suggestion above by Armelle from Withings Support to use a provided link to obtain the phone number. That link leads you to a different page where it is recommended to use the "Contact Us" feature on any support article to obtain the phone number. This seems excessive: it is two additional steps to respond to the original inquiry. If you cannot publicly list the number as a matter of company policy, please state the phone number in response to direct inquiries. Providing a link to a page where you need to click another link to get the phone number is highly inefficient. In addition, when those steps are followed, the link does not work!

    • As stated directly by at least two others above, clicking the “Contact Us” link, as suggested in the process described by Armelle, leads to a loading screen that does not ever load. I encountered a screen with three gray dots that did not ever load into anything. I tried this “Contact Us” link on my desktop PC and on my phone with the same result each time.

    • The directions read, “We offer phone support in the U.S., Canada, France, Germany, and the U.K. If you are in an area where we offer phone support, you will be given the option to call with a local phone number after selecting the Contact Us link at the bottom of any support article. Alternatively, click here and select the product and topic with which you need assistance.”

    There is a lot of room for improvement here in how customer inquiries are addressed. I realize that a lot of this may be company policy and that the people responding to these inquiries have very little, if any, control over how these inquiries are handled. If that is the case, I would recommend that the customer feedback shared here be relayed to management to effect change. It is essential to have a working and accessible number so that such inquiries can be addressed expeditiously. If I had attempted to use the email option to resolve my issue, it likely would have taken 2-3 business days, if not more. A few minutes on the phone saved both Withings and I a great deal of time.

    One last note for customers: before you call, I would recommend finding the specific product (and year/model) with which you need help. It will help the Support representative help you. Please see the link below to find your product. It includes pictures as well.

    To Withings Management, I would again recommend reviewing your policies so that it is easier for customers to contact representatives via phone.

    I can't reach you by email because everytime I try click on "Send us an email" I got that message.

    I already tried from Safari and Chrome on iPhone, iPad and even on iPad. Still same issue.

    I NEED TO REACH YOUR SUPPORT SINCE I BOUGHT A BODYCOMP AND IT WON'T CONNECT TO MY WIFI.
