    The link goes to a blank page. Your IT department needs to fix this. There is a customer that pointed this out 3 months ago.

    Hello

    I don't who to reach.

    I had a problem installing a Steel HR sport, after my phone ( Samsung A10 ) locked me out and needed factory reset. Two days were wasted when I tried everything on this earth to reinstall this watch.

    I don't know if you are aware of this, but this is driving me crazy.

    Reinstalled the Health Mate, unpaired and paired numerous times, factory reset the watch many times.

    Even if synced and connected it won't last.

    I just had it. I bought it about two years ago from amazon.ca.

    I like the watch but right now it is useless. Can you replace it with the working one?

    I'm in Canada.
