    Armelle, Chris,

That is awesome news. i am a relatively new scanwatch owner, and love it. Yeah, it has its foibles, but nothing is perfect. However, it would be really good if you could use the forum as a way to track and also upvote/get feedback on some of the most wanted features. To have a place to go in order to provide that feedback has been the bit i am missing.

I know what i miss most about the apple watch, which i actively switched to scanwatch from, and at least for me there are probably 2 or 3 features that would make all the difference....but i am just one voice.

At the moment, the only thing that looks like a feature list is a forum topic by another user, who lists an amazing group of things that are 'missing' but also would probably move battery life from 2 weeks to 2 hours !!!

Let us help you to put that feedback in, and track it, so we can get excited about upcoming features and make this the best watch out there.

    thanks

    Perry

This is good news. Thanks for engaging with us and I look forward to contributing as best I can to help the ScanWatch become the most useful tool it can be.

Thanks for doing this Armelle / Chris.  Can I suggest you initially go thro each of the current list of topics and set their Status - i.e: Planned / Not Planned / Completed / Answered (so we can filter them), together with a brief final statement of the correct / official answer (in case of conflicting comments) or some indication of when / priority (if Planned) or why not (if Not planned).  It would also help if each was Identified as either a Bug or Feature Request, and also whether its an issue with the watch (firmware) or the Health Mate app, as its not always obvious (to me) which.

I'd like to suggest that dave's idea would be better served by a pinned topic you own, rather than many topics all over the place....otherwise its really hard to see what priorities are.

    Hello perry, kentbernadet and dave.fordham!

Thank you all for your replies and for being so motivated in improving our Forum.

I have taken your suggestion regarding how we could organize the different posts and have our own topics pinned into account. Having a special place where you can put all your feedback and feature request is also definitely a very good idea.

For now, what we want to do in priority is reply to the posts that have been the most visited these last 6 months. Later, we also want to be able to reply to as many topics as possible and to regularly keep you updated on what we are currently working on, adding and fixing as we go.

As perry says, “nothing is perfect” but with your help, I am sure we can come close to it. If you have other questions or feedback, feel free to share them with Chris and I.

    Have all a wonderful weekend.

    Armelle

Well that's good to see, would be nice if Microsoft took your approach as example.

Would be nice to have threaded (small) indentation, and an @name/time post reaction button next to the posters nam to keep the thread nice and compact.
