Bonjour! I’m Armelle and I will be leading this new effort along with Chris who you may have seen active on the forums in the past. Chris will mostly moderate the English version of the Forum whereas I will be active on the French, German and English versions of the Forum.
We will begin slowly and we will start to reply first to the most viewed posts as we think it will help a lot of our users find the answer they are looking for. In the future, we will try to reply to as many posts as possible. Our goal is not only to help you solve your issues, but also to make it easier for you to communicate directly with us, so we can strengthen our relationship and your customer experience.
