    Hello @zafislam9,

Yes, we will be at the CES! Regarding ScanWatch, we are planning new developments that we will announce later. However, I can already tell you that we are working on improving the heart rate algorithm (and everything related to it) as well as the sleep algorithm.

Thank you for your continuous involvement in our Community,

    Armelle, Withings Customer Service

    Bonjour Armelle,

    Franck

    Hello Armelle,

I was hoping to reach out in order to request for a feature that would potentially improve the likelihood for us users to rely and depend on using the Scanwatch more. It would be a simple feature regarding the "Long Press Shortcut". Through the phone, we are only able to customize the shortcut with three options:

    1. Record an ECG
    2. Start an SPO2 Measurement
    3. Start a workout

I was wondering if it would be a possibility to add more options to the Long Press Shortcut to drastically improve the convenience and efficiency with the user interface - specifically something as simple as the timer or stopwatch. Something like this would definitely help me or anyone else have a much higher potential or preference to use these features on the actual device, rather than relying on an external timer like my phone or any other devices that provide a much more instant/convenient way to access a timer.

At the moment in order to access those features - like the timer for example, we must:

    1. Wake the watch
    2. Scroll to clock
    3. Press the crown
    4. Scroll Down
    5. Scroll down
    6. Press the crown
    7. Input/Scroll the desired length of time
    8. Press the crown

Speaking practically - this creates a long process between the user and the desired function - in short, making us prefer to use something else instead of the included feature, or the device at all.

Considering that the timer is integrated into the watch for "Convenience" and "Ease of Access" - it is unfortunate that getting to a commonly used feature requires an unnecessarily long process.

I hope this comment/suggestion reaches the appropriate people and department in order to help any considerations! I feel that something like that would greatly improve satisfaction for everyone! Genuine hope for this to get through because your products are very very premium, but although they are nice - it also should not sacrifice or take shortcuts for other factors like usability, convenience, or practicality.

Just genuine constructive feedback from a hopeful - yet [nearly] satisfied customer!
Thank you to the entire team for all your contributions towards an amazing device.

    ☝ This! 👆

We need more options for using the long press!

I, personally, would like to see the last received message(s) again.
