I have looked across the forums and followed advice with the FAQ with no results
I have changed my internet provider and now it wont connect via wifi and sync via the android apps
I have followed the FAQ to the letter incuding advice to unpair bluetooth, also pressing the button to start app and follow instructions several times on both a Samsung Galaxy S9 and S20, for the past 50 minutes leaving it each time doing several different options its not working.. and i came across the utility pairing wizard for windows and it wont get past the "add batteries and plug in cable" section so i cant click the next button at that point.....all i need to do is access the device to change the IP Address!!
Withings staff can you please give me some information to sort this out as this is really starting to grind on me :)

A reset would delete all data that is not in the app by now yes. If that's a problem you could also try this:

I might have to do the reset, ive tried that communication mode several times and it never seems to work.. saying that the first ever setup took a very long time to do. i think the issue is the devices communicating as it can take up to 5 minutes to say it has failed setup which is frustrating

Well the results are mixed... i disassosiated the scale from my app, followed the instructions again and got some progress..
it picked up wifi and tried to configure it but then the app keeps saying failed to find scales, then i tried bluetooth with the exact same results saying it cant find the scales but the scales says setup complete...
it hasnt updated my data on my profile so im not sure if it is complete or not. im going to try a couple more things.. if it doesnt work i can always uninstall the app and reset the scales themselves..
