    Long Press the power button until 3 options show on the screen. Select the reset option by clicking the button and then reset the scale. Now configure it with the app like it's a new scale.

    Thankyou for the reply, i have seen that option come up along side "mac" and "upgrade"..

     

    If i reset the scales will it remove all the data its gathered since the last sync?

    A reset would delete all data that is not in the app by now yes. If that's a problem you could also try this:

    I might have to do the reset, ive tried that communication mode several times and it never seems to work.. saying that the first ever setup took a very long time to do. i think the issue is the devices communicating as it can take up to 5 minutes to say it has failed setup which is frustrating

    Are you trying to set up bluetooth or wifi?

    im trying to get the device to go my new wifi connection so i can sync up to the app on my phone and profile online

    Try setting it up with bluetooth. If it works sync with the scale and then when it's all synced you can reset the scale safely without loosing data. You may also want to remove the scale from the app before doing so as well

    Well the results are mixed... i disassosiated the scale from my app, followed the instructions again and got some progress..

    it picked up wifi and tried to configure it but then the app keeps saying failed to find scales, then i tried bluetooth with the exact same results saying it cant find the scales but the scales says setup complete...

    it hasnt updated my data on my profile so im not sure if it is complete or not. im going to try a couple more things.. if it doesnt work i can always uninstall the app and reset the scales themselves..

    No problem. Yes reinstalling the app would be my next tip. If it's synced then you wouldn't loose any data. You could also remove it from your bluetooth devices (unpair)

    Good morning. I woke up so my scale displaying. Hello. Resetting and then a check mark saying factory under. And then it repeats. How can I fix this? I use my scale every day
