Online dashboard not updating

    Same for me. May 14th is the last day it updated anything other than weight and on the 14th all of my data except weight was incomplete. So something happened on May 14. My health mate app on the other hand is correct with all data. So to be clear, Health Mate app is working properly but web based dashboard is only logging weight data. No sleep, steps, heart rate or exercise.

    I have the same issue too, scales work fine and blood pressure monitor updates ok,  however no steps or activity since the 10th of May? - many thanks

    Same here. No steps since 10th of May. Also, no heart rate readings since 11th of May. It shows in the Health Mate iOS app.

    I’ve as of a few minutes ago, all of my activity/step data has been properly updated on my HM web dashboard.

    The HM app that is running on another device (iPad), was also updated after a long “processing” delay (45-60 seconds).

    Fix on this ongoing for over 4 months and 0 (ZERO) results for users.
    I have the same issue with data from iPhone and withings stellseries hr watch.
    Development for digital solutions and fixes under Withings "new" management going down the drain. Not to mention 0 (zero) new functionality or improvements.
    I was considering buying two new watches for myself and my mother, however that will clearly not be the case and I am looking elsewhere for cheaper yet more mature solutions.

    Too bad Withings, you were great once, now everything is but a shadow of what it once was and all solutions are just phantoms of previous releases with nothing new to show.

    Releasing new products without mature digital solutions is the ONLY way to disappear from the market into oblivion.

    One previously happy customer of Withings products. :(

    They don't know how to fix this issue. I constantly have issues with the online dashboard not updating for weeks on end, therefore, my data isn't flowing to my employer's health website. My Withings Android app is accurate! How can that even be? If the app shows the correct steps, then it should be seamless to the online dashboard. Very frustrating. I email Withings all the time and get the same response that they will forward my problem to the developers. Ugh!

    They have an issue not that shows it updates in the Journal and not on the Dashboard. So your Journal shows your current weight time and date. but the Dashboard for me shows yesterday's date and information both on the App and Online. 3 calls later finally got someone that stop repeating the same script and told me they understood what i was explaining.  if they don't fix i will have to find some alternative to use that actually works. Very disappointing.

    Same with me.... Web dashboad stopped updating after 13th Sept.... How to fix this.... Any workarounds available...??? I tried all....

    Uninstall and install app

    Install older version and check

    Sign out and sign in.

    Nothing is working.

    Same here. I got a reply saying "Please know that we do not have any related cases like yours "  until I found this thread.

    What I did is I have to reassociate my watch and hard reset the watch, then the data will be updated on the dashboard (Even though it shows all data in the android app)

    This is too much manual work and I have to continue checking the dashboard.

    I have been in a conversation with them for months but there is no progressive update. I might switch to Fitbit within the next months if the issue persists.

    Same problem here since about a month or so.

    No activity data is shown in the web dashboard.

    And since today the sleep data isn't shown either.
