Incorrect discount code

A recent email claimed that you could purchase a bpm monitor with a special 20% discount. However when I tried to buy one the code supplied just reduced the price by 10%. Is this just a mistake?

    I'm here for the same reason. I went to checkout with the BPM connect, but the code didn't create a 20% discount.

    Yes - same here.  The code is supposed to be for 20 percent according to the email that I received from Withings.  However it only gives 10 percent reduction.
