    Hello,

    Thank you for your post. Could you please force quit Health Mate and then open it again? If the situation persists, you can send us an email via https://within.gs/help so we can help you further.

    Have a great day,

    Same here. Data is uploaded to web Dashboard but it does not download to Health Mate app not synced to iOS Health app.

    This was also reported here:
    * https://support.withings.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/360015709238-Sleep-Analyzer-is-not-uploaded-to-iOS-Health-Mate
    * https://support.withings.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/360015405497-Health-Mate-5-5

    For the time being, logout and log back in seems to be the workaround, as suggested here, #5:

    Hi, thanks for this but my issue is quite different. The speed data is fine in healthmate but the importation to Apple health is not working right, it is mistaking “asleep” time with “in bed” time and shows that I sleep only a few hours a night when it’s not true , I sleep more than enough.

    Hi, I’m not quite sure how to force stop health mate on iOS, I know how to close it from the app tray but that’s about it. I have screenshots of how healthmate data uploads as “in bed” to apple health instead of “asleep” if that help. I’ll be reaching out via email.

    Hello @guillaume.maro

    In order to force quit Health Mate, here are the steps you need to follow:

    1) Double-tap the Home button

    2) Find Health Mate on the app switcher list

    3) Swipe up on the app (if you are using an iPhone X, swipe up from the button)

    You can of course contact us via email and share us your screenshots. We’ll be happy to help you.

    Have a nice day,

    Hi, thanks for the reply. Everything seems to be syncing fine now, even with the body cardio scale. Thanks !

    I'm in same scenario, every day some sleep periods does not sync from Health Mate to Apple Health.

    I try close and reopen Health Mate without luck.

    I attach an example, the Health inputs are sleep periods that are present in Health Mate but not present in Apple Health
