    Perhaps it would help to use a questionmark instead of exclamationmark, it helps to entice people to do their best instead of concluding they don't work at all?

    Would you be able to write new firmware in 6 months with so much changes as you state to be essential?

    There are problems, and oddities, but it mostly works as advertised, it looks more like a Healthmate headache, in their advancements to cater all possible inputs, there seems to be a lack of coherent useof the watch submitted datastream.

    And that is a software problem :-)

    It would be nice if they cleaned up the code which now gives three kinds of "sleep" phases on the heartrate graphing, and to see Naps appear and disappear again shows they *are at work*.

    It would help more to state which peculiar problem you have, so they can implement a cure for it.

    The thing that matters most to me is a possibility to set a Sleeping Window, so the App doesn't mistake a meditative moment for a sleepfase or nap.

    I'm an Owl, having a an extremely lucid period when most people go to bed, so the App gets confused with this AI unfriendly behavior. I seldom sleep before 3 AM, and between 5 and 8 AM i've got a masive deepsleep period, which is easily and very obvious to see in the graph, my heart slowing down to 55 BPM

    @APP_Developers
    (would this help to get attention for solutions from the Userbase more specific to the right scrumsession :-))
    The Sleep Window could iron out this generalised sleep probing going hayward.

    It looks like the APP does some general asumption of Sleep window between 12 PM to 6AM, and then gets lost if the User has a non-specific Biorythm. The AI the gets "annoyed" people don't works as assumed, making the AI drop in sleep periods of 2PM to 6 PM... where the step counter and heartrate should be checked, so the AI would see that it can't be a Nap with spikes of 119 BPM, being my almost upper limit...

    Though i would like a Firmware update, don't be mistaken, i would like to see a possibilty to get on-Watch info about Heartrate/Ventilationrate and Speed/Elevation:Ascent,Descent.

    But to me this is less important than a good Apprefresh to get the output graphs (especially heartrate) consistent first, so if i change the Sleeping Time, the software won't delete parts of the HR visualisation in the general Heartrate graph, and more urgently, a possibility to flag non-sleep in the HR visualisation.

    It would be nice to have a timeline editor like in Premiere where you can't delete or edit the Rawdata, but just to fill in Activities versus non-active periods and Sleep and Napping periods.

    So the AI gets more context to work out specifics (even of workouts ;-0)
