First issue, HR assuming half of real HR:
I've had a steel HR sport for just about a year. During last summer everything worked pretty much as expected: syncing between the app, website and Strava all worked great, with most rides syncing within minutes, of course the HR wasn't always perfect as it liked to assume half of what I was experiencing, see photo below.
This year however the watch has not been able to figure out my HR almost at all, once again see below.
I've tried everything, wearing it every possible way, cleaning the sensor, restarting/reinstalling the app etc. Finally i reached out to support but didn't really get a helpful answer, I was going to get back to them, but then for a few rides it worked okay.
Second issue sync messing up:
These last weeks however the experience has nosedived. Today I'm lucky if I get my activities to sync within a day to Strava, even more impressive is it when the data actually gets transferred. Most of the time I just get the time it took and some random distance, no HR, no GPS, see the first photo below, on the app however all the data is there, see the second photo.
My last rides don't even show up correctly in the Health Mate app, first photo below (note the maximum speed being below the average).
Also only basic info is being shown in the activity page online, see below.
Any ideas? I've reinstalled the app and purged all data, I've also removed and reinstated the sync between Strava.
