Sleep Analyzer is not uploaded to iOS Health Mate

    I use my ScanWatch to track sleep and HealthMate app (iOS) does take some time to capture data in the morning, but I believe this is simply because algorithm is ensuring you have actually woken up., and it is not just an interruption.

    I understand that that may mean getting up and moving more than 100 steps.

    Once I’ve done that the app updates perfectly. By the time I log into web based Dashboard it’s recorded as well, although admittedly I generally only log into web based Dashboard once later in day.

    Thanks for this advice! I still wonder why data gets uploaded to the web dashboard within minutes really, but not to the iOS Health Mate app? It is strange. And I have reinstalled Health Mate, too. Still same problem
