Web dashboard doesn't display data from healthmate app

    Même problème, les activités étant sur l'application mobile ne se synchronisent plus avec l'interface Web, ni avec Strava.

    Par contre, le nombres de pas et la fréquence cardiaque remontent bien.

    Fix on this ongoing for over 4 months and 0 (ZERO) results for users.
    I have the same issue with data from iPhone and withings stellseries hr watch.
    Development for digital solutions and fixes under Withings "new" management going down the drain. Not to mention 0 (zero) new functionality or improvements.
    I was considering buying two new watches for myself and my mother, however that will clearly not be the case and I am looking elsewhere for cheaper yet more mature solutions.

    Too bad Withings, you were great once, now everything is but a shadow of what it once was and all solutions are just phantoms of previous releases with nothing new to show.

    Releasing new products without mature digital solutions is the ONLY way to disappear from the market into oblivion.

    One previously happy customer of Withings products. :(

    I’ve a similar issue : data’s are well updated from my Samsung A40 HM App to the dashboard web site, but excepted GPS datas…

    Hello, this just started happening to me as of 09/02/2021. Data is moving from my Steel HR watch (Software version 7041) to the Android App (Health Mate 5.6.0), but is has not updated the Health Mates website since 09/02/2021.

    Hi !

    I encountered a quite similar problem some weeks ago (https://support.withings.com/hc/fr/requests/1602547 [sorry it's in french]), which was unfortunately resolved without the Withings technicians help... Despite it all, I shared my feedback with the Withings technicians directly in the same post.

    The issue I faced with was a very incomplete synchronization my Web dashboard with my android phone.
    The action that fixed the issue for me was to clean the app cache in my phone :

    ==> Settings> Applications> HM> Storage> Clear cache.

    Ho lo stesso problema con la dashboard web dopo i primi giorni che sembrava aggiornarsi ora si aggiorna solo il peso (inserito manualmente sull'app).

    Ho provato a svuotare la cache ma nulla di fatto anche rientrando nell'app e sul web.

    I am having the same problem.

    In my case I also got a new phone and now the data doesn't sync to the Health Mate App in the new phone either. So, I do not see my data in the Web, neither in the new phone.
