    Thank you for letting us know. I’m sorry that you’re not able to see your sleep data with your Sleep/Sleep Analyzer anymore. Please know that this has been fixed and that everything should be back to normal!

    I'm having the same issue. Starting today, no sleep data appeared in the app. However logging in online shows sleep recorded in the left hand area of the website. Yet when I try to click on the web interface of the sleep data, it appears all my sleep data apart from several weeks in May is gone. This data until last night has been appearing in my app each day. Ive tried updating the app, restarting the sleep sensor and nothing helps.

    The same error has been occurring with me since today. Neither the web application nor the app show the sleep data since 07.05.2021. Yesterday everything was still fine.

    Logging off and logging on again in the app did nothing.

    Deleting and reinstalling the app was also unsuccessful.

    Steps are also not synchronised.

    Please fix the error urgently.

    I have exactly the same problem and I had no luck with reinstalling the app.

    For anyone with the website showing data on the left but not in the history don’t bother messing with the app. When the site is clearly buggy the error HAS to be on their end. Not that it isn’t usually but an apologist can’t claim user error when the website itself is wrong.

    My sleep data is not showing up in the app and on the website since saturday. Device is syncing with the app but no data is send.

    I'm having the same problem. My sleep data didn't download this morning. The website says the last sync was this morning, but there is no readout either on the web or in the app. I hope the problem is resolved soon.

    Same issue, no data today for 2 different Sleep. I have restarted them, relaunched the wifi internet box. What to do ?

    Glad it's not just me then - submitted a help ticket but haven't heard if there's a fix. No data in the app and I can only see data from Friday. On the web I can see data from Saturday night but nothing ever since.

    Did the usual - nothing works. Not great. Does Withings monitor these forums?

    My data has not synced either. Does "fixed" mean from now on it will work, but last night's data is lost? Or does "fixed" mean the data was recorded and will show up - but when?

    It seems to me that the data is lost.

    Same as everyone here, since today, the WiFi connection is ok (able to check if an update is available) but nothing is syncing ... (Please add a force/manual sync)

    I have done a reset today and it seems like data from last night are lost. 3. time in under 2 weeks i have to reset.

    Same, my watch recorded my sleep the last two nights, but not my Sleep despite it being up to date, calibrating fine and supposedly syncing to the app.

    Still down for me too. It only recorded the first 1.5 hours of a 7 hour night last night. Help, please!!

    It works fine for me. The sleep date has been recorded and I can see it in the app and on the web.
    The night data from sunday and monday are lost, but the new one is OK.

    Same here with my Sleep Analyser, data IS syncing to Withings each day, but nothing is displaying in the Windows 10 Web Dashboard, or in the Android App.

    Last Sync from my Sleep Analyser was an hour ago, nothing showing in the app/dashboard, so still not fixed.

    I have exactly the problem as Peter.

    Sleep Analyser, data is syncing to Withings but nothing is displaying in the Windows 10 Web Dashboard , or in the Android App. However I can see the activitiy in the Journal on Web Dashboard but the data is incorrect.

    Last Sync from my Sleep Analyser was 8 minutes ago, nothing showing in the app/dashboard, so still not fixed.

    Activity for cycling and walking still syncing from Apple Health.

    Same issue here - sleep only partially visible in app (on IOS) an web. looks like uploading during the night works (shortly got out of bed at these times e.g. 2:19am last night - sleep then sends data to server) but fails in the morning. Server side load issue?

    update: for testing i just took a little nap ;-) - no sleep data shows up but heartrate data is shown for exactly the „nap“-time.

    And here is third issue in a month.

    Now I have data in iOS that isn’t on website in either place. My app has first part of night (not the rest of it). The side bar and the history show only night before last.

    Cutting off when we get up to use the bathroom if we aren’t asleep fast enough makes the device useless to me (and many others). I have to drink a ton to prevent medication related nausea and I sleep poorly anyway. I do want to see this fixed because I plan on handing the withings sleep pad to another family member but this has finally convinced me to buy an Oura ring.

    I actually feel hoodwinked because I bought one of all the other withings products because the sleep pad used to be so great. The scale, bpm, and thermometer are great but cost substantially more than competitors with similar features. I paid extra to have all the data in one app (although Apple Health does that too) and because I felt they were quality products. I don’t know now that I haven’t just paid double or more for a brand name badge that isn’t even particularly good

    Hi Armelle,

    unfortunately I’m experiencing the same problem as everyone else here. In my case I'm missing my sleep data from sunday to monday night at all, as well as the data from monday to tuesday night is incomplete, displaying approximately just 1 hour of sleep.

    Regarding to the app the device was synced on either day. Nevertheless the data doesn't show up in the app or the online dashboard.

    Support request #1615412.

    As I understood from here, there might be a general issue with that matter. I‘d be happy if once the details could be explained to the customer containing guidance for troubleshooting.

    Besides that I've wondered how to bring my sleep data I've collected with my Apple Watch into the Health Mate App, especially in the case my Withings sleep data for the last two nights would not show up anymore (properly).

    Last question: In the past there was a phone support (in Germany) as well. Is it still provided? The phone on +49 800 1814268 just keeps ringing with no one answering the phone, no reason given.

    Same issue as everyone else.  Sleep will record data UNTIL I get out of bed to use the restroom, usually around 4AM, then there's no data after that.  I've tried the usual, clear cache, uninstall app, reinstall app, etc., so this has to be on your end.  I hope this is resolved soon, as I love the product.

    So the sleep data was definately uploaded - but is not visible in the sleep diagram, only indirectly in the heart rate
