For the last week I have not been able to get programs to load.
I had joined the better body program, but after week one it would not load. I left and rejoined several times trying to get it to work, and have even factory reset my phone.
All I see when I click on the program is the three dots in the middle of the screen.
I can't even get the starting briefing anymore.
Samsung S8 with all current updates.

I managed to get the Better Body program work, it just did one day and once activated it worked fine. But the programm was slightly dissapointing. It's not very personal, it's very general and had no extra value for me. It's simply like do an excersize for 7 day's, weigh everyday for 7 days, log your food for 7 days, stuff like that. However it doesn't give you any feedback, like for example if you've logged your food for 7 day's it doesn't tell you like perhaps you've overeaten, or maybe you can try alternatives for… no instead it only just records and records and it gives no feedback about the input. It does ask after every chapter what you think about the chapter in a survey, but it would have been much more useful if the programms were acually "smart programms" that could recognize individual flaws or improvements. Now all it did was tell me I've gained weight but not exactly why so I'm none the wiser lol. Not worth the hassle if you ask me therefor.

so it seems this problem was going on 8 months ago but i think i am having a similar issue. so i recently bought an hr steel sport and downloaded the app, i proceeded to create an account and configure the watch setting the time and stuff but at the end of this process the app crashed and every time i restart the app the screen stays white for about 15 seconds and the app crashes, i have tried uninstalling it i even factory reset my phone but that didn't change any thing for me.
i also noticed that if i wiped the cach it would let me login before crashing.
i am using a one plus one on android 6.0.1
are there other apps i can use mean while ?
is there a solution?

Hugo, have you tried to login to the dashboard on a pc? On withings.com you can login with your account, same as the one you were trying to create through the app. Perhaps check your settings there and try to login the app afterwards it's what I would do at least. I don't think you're problem is related to the topic you posted in though, this topic is about the health programms offered by the app like better body, better sleep etc.

This morning, 1st Sept 2020 my Healthmate app just crashes when I try and open. The same is happening on my wife's phone as well. I have removed the app, restarted and downloaded again from the App Store, but still just crashes. Everything was working fine upto this morning and I have not recently updated ios

What is going on with HealthMate??? Suddenly today for the first time ever the app crashes immediately upon opening. I updated to the latest version 5.0.2 which is dated two weeks ago in the app store. I also have the latest IOS 13.6.1.
It appears to be something to do with the communication with the Apple Health app. When I open Health I no longer see HealthMate as a recognized app. I do see Thermo and that appears to be working OK.
This app is important. I use it to monitor blood pressure daily.
Fix it please
