    I apologize for the issues that you have reported here with the Wellness Programs, including the Better Body Program. We are aware of these problems, and hope to have a fix live for our customers in the coming weeks.

    I don't understand how can the program suddenly stop working. I guess it relies on online resources (since I can't enter it without an internet connection)? If so, please advise your developers to have the program be available completely offline (with optional online enhancement not requirement) so that no matter whether you have internet or not, whether the Withings servers are up or not, whether the word is ending or not, the program will still work. That should also speed up the process of entering and leaving a program which currently takes an absurdly long amount of time (the entering process even has a loading bar with an animated lady doing some intense computer work! As if this was some kind of complicated, resource-intense, CPU-demanding process)

     

    Please Withings, it's not the first time that there are problems with entering a program. You could finally fix this, once and for all, if you make it available offline with an online option.

    Same here! Better Body is not loading! I get the 3 dots and then the uh oh message saying Better Body is not available right now. This has been happening for more than a week now... :(

    Our IT consultant at work could have had this problem fixed by now. It has been 16 days since we were told it was being worked on....16 days!! It shouldn’t take this long. It’s frustrating when you want to start a program!! I’ll be finished with my goal by the time this one is fixed, so it will be pointless to use it then. You need to keep us informed on a weekly basis, but evidently, we’re not important enough and neither is the app, otherwise, it would have been fixed. I may look into getting rid of Withings and going with a company that doesn’t have a problem with their apps for extended periods of time.

    Wow, I feel almost like I’ve been scammed. I bought the Withings hardware a week or so ago, and this issue has been going for a MONTH?!?

    Very annoying as the better body app was why i spent £90 on a pair of scales rather than a normal pair for £10. I feel like this should have been advertised on the page selling the scales, however then they would sell less. A bit cheated

    Same problem.  Tried to leave the program and i just get a blue circle going round and round in a loading screen and nothing else.  Using a Samsung S9.

    This scale has got to be the biggest dud I have ever bought.  Weight measurements off, no connectivity to fitbit and now this.

    Biggest waste of money ever.

    Come on guys! It has been already more than 2 months! If you position yourselves on the market as a premium manufacturer then maybe it would be high time for some professional user/community support. Put some pressure on the “developers”. Time to switch off Skyrim...

    This is ridiculous. Which such poor communication and indifference to their current customers I am no longer thinking of their fitness or heart rate devices. There are more reliable brands out there. Coaching is important to us.

    Why are you not communicating? Please provide an update on the status of the fix. Let us know when to expect the problem to be solved and what should we expect in the coming days. I am very disappointed with the poor quality of your costumer service.

    So today I contacted Amazon and told them the scales I purchased in November 2018 were not fit for purpose and did not live up to claims. I stated I wanted a refund on said item as I was mis sold.

    Scales whinging it's way back to Amazon as I type and refund being processed.

    Withings you can take the scales and shove it.... I'm taking my hard earned cash and custom elsewhere.

    This is a fantastic idea if you bought your scale from anyone other than Withings / Nokia.  I may submit a request myself to return the scale I purchased from Withings given they seem unable or unwilling to resolve this.

    Update: Just submitted a request for a return.  As the functionality promised when I purchased the scale has not been available, I don't believe they should force me to keep something that is not working as sold.

    Hi,
    Well, the tweet is very generic and doesn't say anything about a timeline for when it will be fixed. For all we know it could be another four month before the issue will be fixed.

    To mark this forum post as answered is a slap in the face to customers.

    I bought all my products (body scale, BPM, regular steel HR) except for the steel HR sport under the Nokia branding. Since the company was bought back from Withings everything is going downhill.

    It has been 2-1/2 months now and the Better Body program still isn’t working!! This is BS!! What good is it if you can’t use the program!! The issues should’ve been fixed by now!! Thinking of getting rid of my scale and buying one that won’t have issues that take forever to be fixed!! Very disappointed that the issue hasn’t been fixed or an update given that isn’t from 2 months ago!!

    Brand new product purchased, being skeptical that Nokia is in front and using Withings. I should have listened to myself and never went for it. Purchased a "smart" scale, and have yet to be able to use these smart features. I was never able to even connect my phone to this scale after troubleshooting for I don't know how long. Not even bothering with this and keeping my old school but reliable scale.

    Unable to log into the Body Programme... I get three dots and nothing works.

    On the other hand the sleep programme works.

    Please fix it

    Wow! I have to say I'm really disappointed by how long this has apparently been an issue. I received my scales today, find the better body program isn't working so come here for help only to find you've known about this for months and done nothing about it.
    Seriously considering returning the scales for a refund if this is the level of customer care...

    I have similar issue i.e. can not join Sleep Smarter program and have been waiting solution since November 2018...Nice customer service (not!), my issue ticket is also closed it seems (Your support request is already closed). 

    My sincerest apologies for our Sleep Smarter program is still being worked on by our development team. Rest assured that this will be fixed. As soon as this has been resolved, you will get notified by the Health Mate app to ensure that you will get the latest version for this in fixing the issue.

    OK this is a little silly, none of the programs are working I have the scale, the BP and the sleep.  The free Sleep & Better Body will not load and the Hy-Point BP study that they charge an up tic of $4.99 gives you zero results.  I have opened case after case, just to be told we are aware of the issue and are working on it!  This has been going on for over a month, it makes me believe they are just stringing us along until they can dump their problem on the next company that buys them.  Withing's reputation is in the crapper and we all should write Apple, maybe if they get enough complaints they can force Withing's to do something!

    Update I have opened a case with Apple for in-app purchase fraud.  My BP & Sleep are still return eligible on Amazon so there going back.  I guess they do not even read these post or the last comment would not be a month old!

    Wow. Bought my scale yesterday and I like it but was having problems with rhe Better Body program. Came here to check it out and now I am super disappointed. Seems this problem has been going on for MONTHS and there hasn't been much communication from the company. Very disappointed since I like the scale, but not worth it when customer service is subpar. Ill see if theres any updates in the next few days.

    Here's what I discovered.  The better body program (with the dark background) that is listed under the "programs" tab in Health Mate DOESN'T work, but the Better body program (with the Green background) that showed up in my timeline DOES work.  I have used it 2 days in a row now.  The frustrating part is that I have to constantly scroll down on my timeline to use the program since the one under the "programs" tab DOESN'T work. So basically that is going to be completely annoying after the 1st week so I am going to stop using it until they actually fix it.  COME ON WITHINGS, I spent $199 on the Steel HR and another $99 on the body+ scale and you can't seem to get your act together.  Stop playing around with the lame new Move watch and get the better body and sleep better programs working.  It has seriously been FIVE months now.  Rant Done!
