Steel HR Sleep Data not syncing since Body Cario installed

    All of our products are compatible with one another, so installing a Body Cardio shouldn't have had any negative effect on your Sleep data synchronizing.


    Is the sleep data missing only in the Health Mate app on iOS or Android, or also on the Health Mate Web Dashboard via a web browser? 


    If it's displaying properly on the Web Dashboard, it means it has been tracked successfully! Try logging out and back in to the iOS / Android app to get the data to appear correctly in the app.
