    Hi k.nicol,

    The watch should not do that. You should send an email to the support directly I think, and see if you can have it repaired.

    So after I wrote the comment I tried a factory reset and now it is showing the correct time. For my device Steel HR, I held in the button for more than 15 seconds and then did 5 clicks to reset. Then I reconnected with the app. Now it shows the correct time on the watch face.
