Hi Steve! We've just launched our forum this week, and look forward to having this become a more and more active community over time.
Or it's just been online ;-)

Hello world !

Withings, you should send an email out announcing the creation of this forum. I only found it by stumbling into it. I wish I had known it had launched a month ago. These forums are so useful for getting questions answered and having fellow users help each other. Promote this forum like crazy!

I totally agree

It's also about us users being actively involved and maybe promoting the fact that there IS a forum on social media sites! The more followers, the more useful info we get!!!

Every comment on these forums seems to be at least a month old........looks pretty dead.....

I disagree! I get regular answers and updates to the topics I follow! In fact, I had to disable forum alerts on my Steel hr Sport as I was having MORE forum notifications than emails!!!

Cottonme173 is correct. Your last post was three months ago on this forum, are are you talking about another forum.

This particular thread topic isn't very active, BUT the Withings boards overall have weekly activity and I've had questions answered on here within a day or two. It certainly isn't as crazy active like Fitbit is, but it has only been around for 6 months. My only wish was that Withings representatives would be more active on here and respond to posters on a more regular basis.

Agreed but the idea of a forum is that we help and encourage EACH OTHER!!!!
Us product users probably know more about Withings devices, ecosystem etc than the staff do because we use them daily!!!
So the forum's are a very important part of the experience. I for one, try to participate in and answer questions wherever I can and have learned more from the forum's than from any instruction manual!!!
