My scale was working fine until Spectrum upgraded my wifi modem to the new 1G system. It no longer will recognize the wifi system.

I changed my router and wifi and cannot get it to reconnect. Any advice or suggestions?

Since you just changed your Wi-Fi network, you may need to update the Wi-Fi configuration by following the steps outlined in this link https://support.withings.com/hc/en-us/articles/212153958. Hope this helps.

Good morning,
The scales no longer registers either mine or my wife's heart rate or PV. Is there an update or do I need to reset the scales please?
