Unable to contact support

Since march 11 my watch regularly registrr 0 Steps for a day whereas the day graphic has registered steps. What can i do ?
It happens 1 To 2 times à week.

No one is helping me , this new BP product does not work, NO CUSTOMER SUPORT,

It appears to be design that we cannot reach anyone from Withings for product support. My HR sport watch went dead yesterday, it had just been charged to 100% and then it goes dead - hands frozen, no response to holding the button down for 15+ seconds, no response when placed on the charger, Bluetooth can’t find the watch. And now looking for customer service sends me into a unhelpful loop of articles and forum entries. No way to actually contact a customer support person. I have been a big fan of Withings and had just completed a glowing survey singing their praises. My survey would look very different today. Frustrating!

Sorry for the double post. I’ll add that I bought the watch from Withings (not Amazon) and I’ve had it for one month.

Has anyone received any reply from this company.. does customer service exist???

Customer support is not available. I am reading everywhere you guys are not responding to malfunctioning equipment etc. I will have to report you to consumer affairs if you do not reply. 24 hours maximum.

I don't enjoy the run around.
