Recently the app has not been syncing with my scale. I have to close and reopen the app and then it will sync. I have to do this each time I weigh myself.

I have a separate issue in that the data sync to my online Nokia / Withings account from the scale works fine BUT the sync of my data back to apple health is entirely wrong (when requested) sending instead a data source packet containing a wrong / random weight. I have deleted this packet in Apple Health and tried again and same result. Also tested this requested packet using a third party app and again the exact same result - the data stream being sent is wrong! What gives? This happened after the recent update of Health Mate.

I recently had a similar experience. In my case, the app would not sync at all with the scale. When I described the problem to customer service, they recommended I remove the batteries from the scale, wait 60 seconds, reinsert the batteries and try again. This worked. Seemed like such a simply fix I was surprised it was not on the support page. That is why I'm providing this comment!
