This sounds like related to what they called CVR. You should check your subscription if it is still up or contact customer service to check it for you. I just read an article about it: https://support.withings.com/hc/en-us/articles/204201867-Home-Frequently-asked-questions-about-the-Cloud-Video-Recording#savevideo.
