I don't have any step, sleep or heart rate data since Friday. I've restarted my phone. Sync progress shows 0-100% with no errors, just no data appears. Watch battery level shown in devices matches the watch display so it seems to be connected. Not really sure what else to try.

I have the same issue as well.
The watch has all the data but nothing is being synced to the app or the online dashboard.I can see all the information on my watch. It looks like the app syncs, i can see it syncing, but no new date is received.
All this started happening about mid January.
I receive data from my scale though -
I had the same issue - stopped getting any exercise, sleep or steps information appearing in Healthmate since 30 January, even though it was apparently synching successfully with my watch. I confirmed that Apple Health was also not getting any updates from Healthmate (steps, sleep etc..).
I disassociated the watch from Healthmate, factory reset the watch and then re-added to Healthmate (there's a guide how to do this on this website). Steps are now being recorded in Apple Health from my watch, so hopefully the other stuff is now working as well.
It's annoying to miss a few day's data. I suspect something broke in the latest Healtmate app update (it's the only recent change). I hope I don't have to go through this process regularly, but at least I know what to look for.
