Hi, I have the same problem and have been very disappointed with the response:
Withings: "Upon review, your Pulse HR needs to be replaced. While the warranty of the watch does not cover physical damage, I can offer you a 25% discount, as well as free shipping, on a replacement watch. If you are interested in this, we will issue you a pre-paid label so that you can send back the old watch. Once the watch has been shipped back, we can issue you the 25% off coupon. Let me know if you are interested in this and I can get it set up for you."
This is completely unacceptable. I would actually like a refund rather than a replacement after this experience.

I bought my daughter a Pulse HR for Christmas. She's a solicitor and only has light usage. It started coming apart in January and has now completely separated at the strap.
I also need to know how to contact the support team to return this, but there is no info on this site.
Please help.
Thank you, Mark

I just had the same problem, move was purchased Feb 11 2019 and appears to be a known issue. My question is why are these still bring shipped if the issue is known?
