Scale showing wrong weight

Bought the scale a month ago, got on this morning and the scale maxed out at 396.8lbs (not even close to my current weight)... decided to go to the gym, when I got home the scale was still showing 396.8lbs. anyone know how to fix?

    same thing happened to me.  Then it began to flash random weights. Did you get a fix?

    Same thing.  jumps from 355 to 396.  Battery is fully charged.  Help.  Had the scale about two years.

    396.8lbs is the maximum weight that can be displayed by our scales.

    If you are stuck on this number, it might be an issue with one of the load cells.
