    hello,

    I am interested in buying a STEEL HR SPORT.

    but according to reviews i have read, there are things i would like to have answers if it is possible.

    1. the alignment of the numbers on the crown and the numbers on the dial is wrong.

    2. the glass is very reflective and make it impossible to read the time.

    3. the glass is easy to scratch.

    I have found neither the app nor your website shelpful and want to return the product. Nokia and Withings are impossible to get a hold of but I thought I would try to get return info before canceling my AMEX charge.

    Please let me know where I should send it

    I received a BPM as a gift and it will not sync to my phone S/N0024E467D669.  This is the second unit that we have and we do not experience any problems with it, how do get this BPM replaced?

    My wife and I walk identical tine and distance why on each dies the distance walked vary by as. Much as 30%
    My wife seems always has less distance walked!!!!!

    I am a swimmer and have been previously using a MisFit Shine 2 to track my swim workouts.Although I really like my new Withings Steel HR, I am getting MUCH lower activity ratings than I did with the MisFit Shine.

    Granted, I do about 10 minutes of kick-boarding, as well as sets of backstroke and side stroke. You say that the Steel HR is mostly calibrated to crawl and breast stroke, which I do as well. However, I believe my swim workout is being underrated with the Steel HR. Is there something I can do to get more accurate activity measurements on my swim sessions? Would it help to move it to my ankle?

    It's a bit frustrating to buy a more expensive device and feel like it's not doing a great job reporting data on my swim workouts.

    Any suggestions would be appreciated.

    Withings is just such a horrible company to deal with and they have a decent product..

    - I bought a watch and it was supposed to be water proof however, water got into the watch.

    - I asked them to fix it and they said, we dont fix our products but we can give you 50% off on the next purchase

    - They sent me a 50% off coupon

    - When i tried to use it, it says, coupon code not valid.

    There is no way to get intouch with them other than slow email.. 

    Currently there is a sale and i wanted to take advantage of it but as the coupon does not work, I will loose the opportunity..

    You guys are so close but I wonder why you cant be the best.. 

    (will be posting this review on all sites if this isnt sorted out and I dont get the price I should be getting today... This has been a 1 year journey to get a $80 watch.. 

     

    Finally, if you are giving a text editor in this area and I use it, should it not work (it does not work.. Take it off if its broken.. QA your product / site

    The watch gets very easily scratched and there are currently no screen protectors in the market you can use.

    I sent mine back, I recommend NOT BUY IT until the fixed it.

    I find that I need to speak to some one.  Please I do not need your web site to increase my blood pressure.

    I do not wish to post my phone number on your public board.  System has stopped connecting to my phone.  Batter at 57% decided to try new batteries and looked up at the help section to do correctly and it does not open.  

    This unit cost about $100.00 and then an additional $120.00 for the web site to use it.  YOU NEED CUSTOMER SERVICE

    You had an update a few days ago on December 2, and your app failed to read the information from my phone (Apple Health) for the entire day.  I deleted the app and reinstalled it and it still will not update.  What do I do.

    I have purchased my Withings ECG watch one month ago. I received in perfect conditions at home and started to use it with no problem at all.

    15 days after, it suddenly stopped working so I proceed to contact with Withings customer service. After realizing there is no phone number to call to, I wrote them a mail through customer service portal.

    Since then I have been exchanging mails with a customer service worker with the following characteristics:

    - No matter how quick I answer the mail (even after 15 min reception) I don't get any answer after minimum the day after.

    - We have already exchanged 14 mails.

    - On the mails, questions are redundant and repetitive so I feel like their intention simply consists on waiting by time passing until I give up (but it will not happen).

    I was really convinced ECG watch was a good option to control my heart conditions on a daily basis. And I strongly believed Withing was one of those companies which disrupted the market by offering a device at the level of the Apple watch but focused on heart control, simplicity and long life battery key characteristics.

    In fact I was even waiting the new Withings ScanWatch release to get it.

    Unfortunately I feel really disappointed with the way my case is being treated by Withings customer service department.

    I have unfortunately purchased a BPM Connect which should have been BPM +. I have received the product but is there any chance I can return this device and exchange to a BPM + with me paying the difference in price? Many thanks

    Update from my 2 days ago post: Today I have been contacted by customer service and my issue has been finally treated in a really effective and profesional way. I appreciate this change of direction on the way my problem has been finally treated. This customer service is in my opinion what makes the differences in a company which considers their customers as the key of their business model.
