    When network is not recognized anymore (update of your Wifi settings, new house, etc...) I advise you try to set it up again.

    To do so:

    - Open HM app

    - Go to "My devices"

    - Tap your Body Cardio

    - Tap Wi-Fi Configuration.

    - Press the button on the side of the scale for three seconds and follow the screens.


    If your scale is not detected or you are having trouble setting up your network, I advise you check this article.
