If the watch used to charge with the same charger, please try to clean the contacts both on the watch's back case and the charger.

Otherwise, if it's the first time you try to charge the watch, make sure that you position it right, the magnets are not very strong,

To help you position your watch, you can check this article: https://support.withings.com/hc/en-us/articles/226851767-Charging-my-Steel-HR-Steel-HR-Sport

But if the watch still not charge, do not hesitate to send an email to our support team via the contact form here

Maybe the laptop and smartphone don't deliver enough juice. I have the cradle plugged into a sub mains plug and the sport charges VERY quickly!

I've the same problem, 1st discharge of battery occur yesterday (it's a new watch), put it to charge, all good with the contacts and it started to charge, then at 30% stopped from nothing. After that, I never got it to charge again, tried from the PC,  another USB-Charger and even from a Powerbank, don't get the charger icon in the Watch.

What I have read in this forum only confirmed that „French tech“ seems to be real „peace of s...t“ :(:(:( Very unhappy with ours as well - I bought for me and for my wife. My wife‘s activitee does constantly have problems with the measurements of the steps and my steel hr has constant problems with the time accuracy and also does not charge anymore no matter what I have tried - resets, cache clearing, different power sources, dissociation from the phone... Nothing worked!

@pauojsal, did you find a fix for the charging issue? Is it worth to contact the support or shall I send it back directly as it is still in warranty?

Yes, regarding the charger, I think it had a defective one.

I've tested with a homemade charger and it worked, so I called out the supplier and they send me a new one under warranty and so far I haven't had any no problems.
