Family details

I guess you haven't activated these screens for your family members. Each member has his own screens activated. They should be able to activate BMI / water / muscle in the Health Mate application ;-)

do you mean that every family member must download their own version of the app, set up their own account and then sync it with the weights? 

Some screens are only available for adults. Maybe the other family members are still children?

For instance impedance screens (fat mass, muscle mass, etc...) are not visible for children as the algorithm used to measure it wouldn't work for their body type.

How do I Setup family account? I have added my wife to my healthmate app as a family member and also shared my Body+ scale. But none of her stats show up in my app.
